Time To Use Your Authority
Exodus 14:15–16- And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. 16But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it…
The problem with the body of Christ today is not that we are not praying. We are praying. But many of us are praying desperate prayers. We are praying, “God, help… God, please… God, do something about my problem!”
If you are smiling a little by now, most likely, you know about such prayers and might have prayed a couple yourself. My friend, God does not want you to pray pleading prayers all the time. He wants you to use the authority He has given you to pray powerful prayers, to boldly command and to “stretch out your hand” and see miracles happen.
When Moses stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s army in hot pursuit, the Bible tells us that he cried out to God. But God told him, “Why do you cry to Me?”
There is a time for you to cry out to God and there is a time for you to use your authority. God told Moses, “Tell the children of Israel to go forward. But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it.”
The “rod” you have today is the name of Jesus. As you command in Jesus’ name, your “sea” will open and you will go on dry ground through the midst of your problem.
Do you realize that Jesus did not say, “Go and pray for the sick”? He said,” Go and heal the sick.” (Matthew 10:8) So stop pleading and asking all the time, and start using the authority you have in Christ.
Jesus told the church, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore…” (Matthew 28:18–19) My friend, God wants you to go and use the authority that He has given you. And as you go, miracles will flow!
Confession:
When I start using the authority I have in Christ, miracles will flow. I command mountains move in Jesus precious name.
God has given me the authority to cast out any unwanted thing in my life. (Matthew 10:8)

THE “ROD ” I HAVE TODAY IS THE NAME OF JESUS. AS I COMMAND IN JESUS ’ NAME, MY “SEA ” WILL OPEN, AND I WILL GO ON DRY GROUND THROUGH THE MIDST OF MY PROBLEM.

I LIFT THE NAME OF JESUS THE NAME THAT IS ABOVE EVER OTHER names.
I REMEMBER I GAVE A TESTIMONY ABOUT ME CRYING TO GOD WHEN ONE OF MY DAUGHTER’S HAD AN ARM INJURY.
THIS VER SAME SCRIPTURE WAS GIVEN TO ME IN MY HEART BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
EXODUS 14 V 16- 17
GOD ASKED ME WHY AM I CRYING?
IMMEDIATELY I RAN OUT TO MY OTHER DAUGHTER, WHOSE FAITH IS UNSHAKWABL. TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT.
BUT PASTOR ALLOWED ME TO GIVE THE TESTIMONY. PLEASE MY CHILDREN TO INTERAVTE WITH OTHERS.
HOWEVER I TOOK MY AUTHORITY IN THE MIGHTY AND UNDEFEATED NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH.
I SAID TO THE LORD IT IS YOUR WORD, AND MY ACTIONS THAT IS TO BE THE USED TO MOVE THE HAND OF GOD.
I PRAYED, I BELIEVE I TESTED GOD AND HE CAME THROUGH FOR MY DAUGHTER IMMEDIATELY.
IT WAS JUST AFTER PASTOR SENT ANOTHER DEVOTIONAL USING THAT SAME SCRIPTURE.
I USED IT AND RECEIVED MY MIRACLE. MY DAUGHTER’S SHOULDER WENT BACK INTO PLACE BEFORE THE AMBULANCE CAME. THAT WAS MY PRAYER OF FAITH IN GOD. JUST AS MOSES HELD UP THE ROD TOWARDS TO SEA 🌊 AND IT PARTED. MY DAUGHTER GOT INSTANT HEALING.
SO WHE WE ARE ASKED OR BEING ENCOURAGED TO DO OUR DEVOTIONALS OR TO JOIN DISCIPLESHIP 🤔 HMM.. IT’S FOR YOUR AND MY OWN GOOD. KNOW YOUR AUTHORITY IN CHRIST JESUS.
PASTOR TAUGHT US ON KNOWING YOUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST JESUS. I THINK WE NEED GO BACK TO THE YOUTUBE AND LISTEN TO THOSE POWERFUL MESSAGES AGAIN.
THEY EMPOWER YOU TO MOVE FORWARD WITH BLODNESS IN YOU DAILY WALK IN THE KINGDOM.
DON’T TAKE MY WORD IT.
GO WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING.
IT’S IN THE BIBLE.
