Protocol-breaking encounter
“So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”- Matthew 17:20-21
A protocol is a barrier put in place to enforce orderliness, especially where there is a crowd that is demanding a resource or access. Though protocol might not be a bad thing altogether, it may also serve as an impediment at times because it doesn’t allow access when it is required, especially in case of emergency.
Sometimes, in our lives, we need urgent intervention, and if we don’t get such, it may lead to irreparable losses. During this time, we will require a protocol-breaking encounter.
In Esther 4:16; 5:2-3. Esther knew that if she didn’t get to see the king, her people might be wiped off the face of the earth but she also knew that appearing before the king without being called is a death sentence.
Given the urgency, she decided to go ahead with seeing the king without him calling for her but there was something she did; she asked the children of Israel to fast and pray to seek the face of God, that was the key to getting her protocol-breaking encounter.
Jesus in the passage above in Matt 17:20-21, told the disciples that there are some things needed to experience the type of encounter called protocol-breaking and these are: faith as a mustard seed(at least a little faith), Fasting, and prayer.
Beloved, if you want to experience an encounter that is not ordinary, you need to exercise faith and be ready to humble yourself and seek the face of God through fasting and prayer.

This is very powerful. Matthew 17: 21 has been removed from a lot of bible versions due to the power attached to it. Through prayer and fasting, all things are possible. Dont let the enemy remove those things from your heart.
