DIVINE GUIDANCE
“Who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, and maketh us wiser than the fowls of heaven?”- Job 35:11
Achieving any set goal and fulfilling any given dream requires a clear and strategic direction. Whether it be for a short term or a long term, there are what we call uncertainties of life that might cause us to redirect our journey while still aiming to achieve the same goal and fulfil the dream you set out to fulfil.
As a business person, even while making plans, there is what is called risk mitigation because of the realisation that business may encounter unpredicted challenges such as change in government policies or sudden rise in prices of materials needed to achieve the set goals.
As believers, we have a God who knows the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). He is Omnipotent (has power over all things), Omnipresent (present at all times and in all situations) and Omniscience (He knows all things). He has then given us the Holy Spirit who is able to guide us into all truth (John 16:13)
Noah was given divine direction by God to prepare for a world crisis that no-one else saw coming. Noah didn’t know in its fullness the magnitude of the flood, however, he trusted in God’s divine direction and was able to escape disaster with His family, due to his obedience and submission to divine direction (Genesis 7)
According to Job 35:9-11, a lot of believers are going through difficult challenges but all they do is try human or worldly solutions and never come out of them. But God is saying to you and I that He is able to guide us by teaching us and giving us the wisdom required to come out victorious, to achieve our goals and to fulfil our dreams.
Brethren, are you feeling stagnated, overwhelmed or confused? God is waiting for you to come to Him. He will guide you through divine direction and give you breakthrough.
Just like Noah, as a believer, God is able to reveal to you the future so you do not fall victim of any uncertainties or negativities. While the world may be crying victims, God would have given you the strategy to thrive even in such situations and, you will find yourself soaring over the flood rather than being swallowed up by the flood.
Declaration
Father, in the name of Jesus, teach me and give me wisdom to overcome every situation. I will be obedient to every divine direction God gives me.

A life without God’s direction is an empty life. God is interested in all parts of our life/destiny, especially the fine details of our life. Ultimately He knows what is best for us and it is a privilege to have His divine direction to guide us in life. In this year and beyond, I will key into the teachings, greater wisdom and discernment from His Spirit God provides me to overcome every situation and achieve so much in life. I will be obedient to every divine direction God gives me and honour God as He leads me.
